The NCR Self-Service Summit took place on 24-25 May and was a tremendous success. Over 250 delegates from 12 countries in Asia packed into the Sheraton Imperial hotel to discover "The Nature of Touchpoints"

The feedback from the delegates was overwhelmingly positive. They enjoyed a line-up of international speakers sharing their experience on a broad range of topics – from advertising and transaction migration to self-service design and outsourcing.
